LET L-23 Blanik Glider Project: Update 6th Oct 2025.
The LET L-23 Blaník is a two-seat glider constructed with an all-metal frame and fabric-covered control surfaces. Primarily used for flight training, it has a single-seat counterpart known as the LET L-33 Solo. This project focused on meticulously creating an accurate replica of the LET L-23 Blaník, using the original blueprints to ensure that every detail for the airframe structure is accurately represented (+- 0.1mm).
The 3D CAD model is available in STL, DWG, and IGES formats. Additionally, spreadsheets will be provided that contain all known dimensions, along with fully dimensioned 2D drawings. Please note that blueprints are not included. All rib and bulkhead profiles are modeled surfaces, providing ample information for those interested in constructing either a full-size replica or a scaled-down remote-controlled version.

Fully dimensioned layout drawings for the Fuselage, Wings, and Stabilisers also include accurate 2D scaled profiles at 1:8 and 1:10 scales.
